MAC OUT!

If you really want to lose fat, you must change your exercise routines.  I have been a regular exerciser all my life, but I have always carried a lot of fat on my body.  I recently began acting on all the new research that has come out on cardio exercise and HGH. Human Growth Hormone is one fat burning hormone.  The latest research has found that you need to MAC (max) out during your cardio routine several (6-8) times to get HGH to increase up to 500%.  Remember if you can raise your HGH levels through exercising then you won’t need to become a MAC client and get a prescription of HGH.  I take HGH but only about a one third to one half an IU a day. Even though I take HGH, after I started to MAC out, I changed my muscle to  fat ratio by 15%.  That means I dumped a bunch of fat and gained muscle.  I now also only have to do about twenty minutes of cardio compared to the 40 to 60 minutes I use to do and anytime I can save time, I’m for it.

So how does this work.  When you MAC out during cardio you are going as fast as you can for let’s say 20 to 40 seconds.  You go as fast as you can until you can’t go any more.  By doing this you are going into an anaerobic state.  This will increase your HGH, burn fat and make you younger!  This is how I do it.  I’m usually warmed up from my weight training, but I still warm up on an elliptical for two minutes, then I MAC out for thirty seconds.  I then return back to a slower pace for two minutes, and then I do it again.  I have gotten four minutes of MAC-ING out during a twenty minute workout.

One word of caution, DON’T EAT ANY SUGAR AFTER DOING THIS TYPE OF EXERCISE FOR TWO HOURS.  HGH will continue to climb for two hours after your work out.  But if you spike your insulin, HGH production will shut down.  Insulin turns off HGH.  Eat proteins and low glycemic vegetables for two hours after your workout.  I know that carbs help with recovery, but we are talking about fat burning and nothing and I mean nothing is better for recovery than HGH! Since I began injecting HGH several years back, I no longer suffer with that next day soreness, due to HGH's ability to cause recovery.  I can't imagine professional athletes  not taking HGH since they cannot test for it. And there is no way a forty year old fart can play with those twenty year old guys without some Human Growth Hormone running through their muscles.


There are a couple of other things I want you to consider.  Do animals or children run marathons?  No their exercise consists of quick short bursts of high speed exercise.  This high speed exercise turns on fast twitch and super fast twitch muscle fibers.  These two muscle groups are what turn on HGH production. 
Here is a simple way of understanding the importance of MAC OUTS.  Do you want to look like a sprinter or a long distance runner?  Yeah me too!
